We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

• 30-day return window from the delivery date for most items
• Items must be unused, in original packaging
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
• Certain categories (groceries, beauty opened items) are non-returnable
